In which year did you win the “Success of the Year” award, and why do you think you received it?
I’ve been recognized as Success of the Year for 2018. My colleagues seemed to say “thank you” for my day-to-day striving to make their work easier, more streamlined, and therefore – less stressful. 😊
Where did you travel as part of the prize, and what is the most memorable experience from that trip?
We planned to go to the US together with my wife, but unfortunately, this trip didn’t happen at the time due to COVID. I’m sure we’re going to go there someday!
What are the most important values of Grape Up for you, and how do you strive to implement them in your daily work?
Given what I do, I’d say “Deliver Value” would be my #1. Whatever our team does has to be useful for others in the company, so we always ask ourselves the question – how can we make it better? (and “why doesn’t it work????” 😉)
