Do you offer remote or hybrid work options at Grape Up?

Yes, Grape Up offers full remote work, along with the flexibility to choose what works best for you. We make sure our team members have all the equipment and support they need to stay comfortable and productive, no matter where they work from. And if you ever feel like dropping by our offices are always open. We love in-person catch-ups, team events, and any excuse to have a bit of fun together 😉

What can I expect from recruitment process at Grape Up?

The typical recruitment process at Grape Up usually lasts around 2 weeks and is comprised of 3 stages:

  • Once your CV is qualified, we’ll schedule a quick telephone conversation to chat through the important details: your availability, notice period, salary, etc.
  • The next step is a recruitment meeting (usually via Teams) to get to know you better, from the soft-skill, as well as the technical part.

After the meeting, you will receive detailed feedback from us, which usually happens within 2 days. If there is any delay, we will let you know and keep you updated.

  • The final stage is a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss your future project. After that, if everything goes well, we’ll come back to you with an offer!

In case we miss each other’s expectations at this stage, you will of course be informed regardless. We’ll share our feedback and give you some tips on what you should improve to succeed in our recruitment process in the future.

What does it mean when you're recruiting for a "Talent Pool"?

When a role is marked as “Talent Pool”, it means there is no active, open project for this position right now. Instead, the recruitment team expects matching opportunities to appear soon and wants to connect with potential candidates in advance, so you can be contacted quickly once a suitable role opens. Feel free to apply and let’s stay in touch!

Will I be hired for a specific client project at Grape Up?

Yes, you can be recruited for a specific project, but we focus on long-term career growth rather than just one assignment. At the beginning, you will join a particular project that matches your skills and experience. Over time, it’s possible to switch projects if you want a new challenge or would like to learn new technologies, so your professional development doesn’t stop.

Will I have a clear career path and growth opportunities at Grape Up?

We have clear guidelines on how you can grow with us. Your level of competence is connected with your salary and we always make sure that it’s transparent for you. You will also know exactly what we expect from you and what you can do to be promoted, so you can reach the next level of your self-development.

Is it possible to work from another country while employed with Grape Up?

Working from another country may occasionally be allowed (for example as a workation), but it always depends on the specific case and the country you want to work from. We have clear internal rules for cross-border remote work, and any such arrangement needs to be reviewed and approved in line with these guidelines and our legal, tax, and security constraints. This means that in some countries it can be arranged, and in others it simply isn’t possible.
