In which year did you win the “Success of the Year” award, and why do you think you received it?
The SOTY award landed in my hands in 2019. It was a tremendous honor for me, and the memory still moves me deeply. Why? Iām not entirely sure – I always thought that small things, a smile, and a positive attitude were just part of everyday life. Yet, it surprised me because others truly appreciated it.
Where did you travel as part of the prize, and what is the most memorable experience from that trip?
I never thought Iād be able to make this dream come true – it always felt so far out of reach. It’s like something out of a storybook: thanks to the award, I got to sail a catamaran around the Caribbean and visit several stunning islands. Each one was unique, offering its own slice of paradise. I’ll never forget the lush green rainforests, the spectacular waterfalls, the gorgeous bays where turtles sunbathed, the picture-perfect beaches, and the sea of rum ā enjoyed, of course, in moderation š. It was an unforgettable adventure!
What are the most important values of Grape Up for you, and how do you strive to implement them in your daily work?
The #WinAndLoseAsATeam is the value I cherish the most in our work, and it’s such a driving force for action! Positively driven people, atmosphere and commitment are never lacking in our team, which is why I am so happy to be part of it!
