Databoostr is one of the products born from this thinking – a ready-to-deploy platform with implementation and customization services that enables industrial and automotive companies to share, monetize, and govern their data in full compliance with EU regulations.


We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who will own Databoostr marketing end-to-end, not as someone who executes a task list, but as a fully autonomous owner of the product’s market presence.
 

In practice, this means: you deeply understand the product, the market, and the buyer – and you use that understanding as the foundation for everything you do. You translate technical value into business language, build campaigns that generate real pipeline, and manage all touchpoints from website to events. You work closely with the product owner and subject matter experts to make sure every piece of marketing is grounded in what Databoostr actually does and for whom. 

Overall marketing strategy and revenue targets sit with the Head of Marketing. Your role is high-quality, independent execution – planned, measured, and owned by you. 


What You'll Drive


Growth & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute B2B growth marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and building a qualified SQL pipeline 
  • Build and run integrated campaigns including ABM (LinkedIn Ads, organic, outbound) 
  • Design and manage nurture sequences in HubSpot – from first touch to SQL 
  • Track performance and continuously optimize: leads, conversions, pipeline quality 

 

Content & Social Media 

  • Develop and maintain content for the Databoostr website and social media channels, including thought leadership content that builds the visibility of our experts 
  • Ensure messaging consistency and a coherent value proposition across all channels 

 

Website 

  • Own the Databoostr web presence in collaboration with our web development agency 
  • Keep product pages and campaign content current, benefit-driven, and SEO-optimized

 

Events & Community 

  • Organize and promote webinars and podcasts – topics, landing pages, communication, follow-up 
  • Own company events end-to-end: booth, messaging, planning and execution, vendor coordination, materials, giveaways, and follow-up 

What Sets You Apart

  • You understand the product, the market, and the buyer persona deeply – and you treat that understanding as the starting point for every marketing decision, not an afterthought 
  • You work closely with product owners and subject matter experts to extract real insight and turn it into effective messaging 
  • You are fully self-directed – we’re not looking for someone to delegate tasks to, but someone who takes ownership of an area and drives it forward independently 
  • You use AI tools as a natural part of how you work – for content creation, campaign optimization, process automation, and analysis – not as a novelty, but as a daily efficiency multiplier

 

Experience 

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in IT or tech services – required
  • Proven track record in ABM campaigns and lead generation that builds pipeline 
  • Hands-on experience with B2B digital marketing end-to-end: content, demand generation, digital channels

 

Hard Skills 

  • Strong command of HubSpot: workflows, nurture sequences, reporting 
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads as the primary B2B paid channel 
  • Working knowledge of SEO in a B2B content context 
  • Active use of AI marketing tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, no-code automation platforms) for content, campaigns, and analytics 
  • Fluent English – written and spoken; Polish proficiency also required 
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing metrics: leads, MQL/SQL, conversion rates, CAC

  • You think in business outcomes, not marketing activities – you understand that marketing exists to give sales something to work with 
  • You pick up new product and industry topics fast and translate complexity into clarity
