In which year did you win the “Success of the Year” award, and why do you think you received it?
I believe it was Success of the Year 2016. And why? Hmm…You need to ask voters, as it is always a democratic decision. 😉
Where did you travel as part of the prize, and what is the most memorable experience from that trip?
I travelled to Mexico, where I visited Playa del Carmen and its surroundings: Chichen Itza, Tulum, etc. For me, seeing the pyramid in Chichen Itza and swimming in the cenote in Tulum were both equally memorable experiences.
What are the most important values of Grape Up for you, and how do you strive to implement them in your daily work?
Well, all of the GU values are important. If I really need to choose I would go with “Win & Lose as a Team” and “Drive Change”, as I believe that they distinguish Grape Up from other companies. Especially considering the work atmosphere, after-work fun, team relationships, and striving for project excellence.
