Consent to transfer personal data to Addepto sp. z o.o.

I hereby consent to transfer by Controller (indicated in the Information clause, hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), my personal data provided in the documents and forms sent by me and collected during the recruitment procedure to other company which is related to Grape Up – Addepto sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Świeradowska Str. 47, postal code 02-662 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under No. 0000729066 for the purposes of recruitment processes.

I have received information about the data processing by Controller, including the following:

1. my consent is voluntary;
2. I can withdraw my consent at any time, but I am aware, that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal;
3. I have the rights, in particular, to access data, to receive a copy of the data, to rectify them, to delete, to limit processing, to raise complaints to the supervisory authority, and to data portability.
