Together with our client, a leading provider of title insurance and mortgage industries, we are building enterprise cloud solutions.

Our responsibility is to design and implement mission-critical software that will manage various business aspects like customer, product, and order management, billing, and business-specific workflows. The application is being developed by Grape Up from scratch, utilizing best practices and maintaining the highest standards in software delivery. It is integrated with multiple dependent applications and its role is to be the heart of the system.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on collaboration, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time and within scope. Join us, and let’s build something great together!


Responsibilities


  • Actively monitor project execution to ensure all obligations are met
  • Help to set the project goals, define requirements and organize iterations
  • Enable the team to develop a project scope, objectives, detailed plans, and quality metrics
  • Manage and mentor the development team, perform periodical interviews
  • Monitor and improve the quality of performance by collecting and providing feedback
  • Conduct recruitment processes (as hiring manger), feedback sessions and compensation reviews, as well as support employees’ professional development and career growth
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Play a role of a Scrum Master in Scrum-based projects
  • Report project status to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Take care of the project’s governance
  • Enhance the development process by incorporating new techniques, tools and practices for better efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proactively consult the clients and address their needs
  • Cooperate with other managers and sales rep. to establish and execute a long-term account strategy
  • Establish and develop business relationships with customers

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager (software development field)
  • 3+ years of experience in people management including: recruitment, performance reviews, and employee development
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience in people and process management
  • Solid, practical knowledge of project management, Agile, software development methodologies and delivery processes
  • Good understanding of business requirements and IT
  • Familiarity with popular project management tools and processes
  • Master’s degree – preferably in IT
  • Excellent command of English
  • Readiness to work until 17:00 (rarely until 18:00) – due to regular project meetings with U.S.-based stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, goal-orientation, can-do attitude
  • Willingness for office visits and occasional business trips

Nice to have


  • Technical background (software development, quality assurance, etc.)
  • Previous role of Technical Team Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst
  • Certifications / experience in various delivery processes (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and large scale projects (LeSS, SAFe)
  • Non-corporate, open mindset, analytical thinking
  • Experience in working with large customers (ecosystem of multiple teams and stakeholders)
