As the Senior Offer Manager you will be the company’s service offer champion. In this position, you will analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and customer feedback to develop and maintain highly competitive and profitable solution offerings. Your primary focus will be digital transformation services utilizing Generative AI.

You will be the voice of the customer, service line expert, and industry-connected expert. Your influence will extend to new business opportunities while supporting marketing initiatives to build compelling positioning and sales strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with key departments across the organization.


Responsibilities


  • Drive definition and development of a competitive digital service offering for the Automotive and BFSI industries (with a stronger focus on BFSI)
  • Perform in-depth industry analysis to gain insights and co-develop new digital services for BFSI industry
  • Develop business cases for the new services, value proposition, and positioning strategy
  • Translate customer, business, technical, market, and commercial insight into services/solution requirements and work closely with internal R&D teams to convert that into a competitive service offering
  • Work with Marketing team to develop promotional materials for the service line, incorporating value proposition and competitive distinction
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to get customer feedback and determine customer needs
  • Attend industry events and follow industry trends to identify industry needs
  • Connect and interact with industry communities to exchange know-how and validate offerings

Requirements


  • 5+ years of marketing, sales, or product management experience for products or services related to IT/Software
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, industry best practices, and business value creation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to make very complex concepts simple and intuitive
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, as well as independently
  • Self-motivation and analytical mindset with a strong focus on delivering value
  • Fluency in English (C1+) both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel abroad for key industry events and conferences
