Hi! My name is Daniel. I’m a Technical Leader/Software Engineer at Grape Up. In my nomination, colleagues called me “a Marvel Superhero”.
In which year did you win the “Success of the Year” award, and why do you think you received it?
I won the ‘Success of the Year’ award in 2020, which was a challenging year for all of us…obviously. 😉 I believe it’s because I’m always up for new challenges and rarely say no when the team needs help. So, I got involved in many company initiatives and made a positive impact during a challenging time.
Where did you travel as part of the prize, and what is the most memorable experience from that trip?
Alaska was my destination, which tends to surprise people. The most unforgettable experience was undoubtedly the fjords boat trip. We had the incredible opportunity to get up close to magnificent glaciers and witness remarkable marine life, including whales, sea lions, and an abundance of native birds.
What are the most important values of Grape Up for you, and how do you strive to implement them in your daily work?
It’s hard to choose the most important values because all of them are very significant to me. In my opinion, being a great consultant means aligning with our values. This means not only putting clients first but also fostering healthy relationships within the team and with clients. Last but not least, our daily work should be fun; after all, we spend a lot of time doing it.
