In which year did you win the “Success of the Year” award, and why do you think you received it?
I won the „Success of the Year” award in 2021. I think I was appreciated because I always try to be there for people. I’m responsible for personnel administration and payroll. I know that this area can be complicated for employees, so I’m open to answering any questions and I try to explain these issues in simple terms.
Where did you travel as part of the prize, and what is the most memorable experience from that trip?
Thanks to the award, I could make my dream come true and go to Portugal with my loved ones. I have a lot of beautiful memories from this trip. Definitely one of them is amazing landscapes – high cliffs, the ocean, and wonderful uncrowded beaches. I’m impressed by the friendliness, hospitality, and helpfulness of the Portuguese people, who always seem to have a smile on their faces.
What are the most important values of Grape Up for you, and how do you strive to implement them in your daily work?
The most important values for me are “Listen & Speak” and “Win & Lose as a Team”. I strongly identify with these values. Maybe it is not so obvious, but a lot of my work is about listening and understanding both, the employer’s, and employee’s needs, as well as discussing possible solutions. I believe that by working together, we can achieve more – it is well noticeable in my team. At Grape Up we play different roles, but we can always count on each other.
